Registration information
If you want to participate in the SEEP 2010 in Veliko Tarnovo, sou have to follow these steps:
- Create an account in this website using the registration form located here. Please be as more specific as possible and don't hesitate to use the "Comments" field in case you need it.
- After submitting the form you'll receive an e-mail named "SEEP 2010 registration" with further instructions, including the bank data that will allow you to pay the participation fee. Don't delete that e-mail until the end of the event, because it has important information! If you don't receive the e-mail in a few hours please check your spam folder before contacting us.
- You'll have to transfer the participation fee before the deadline (you can pay several fees at a time, as stated in the registration e-mail). The important dates for registration are as follows:
- 15 of August: start of registration (fee: 80 euro - EXPIRED!)
- 12 of September: end of the first round of registrations. If we receive your money later than this day you'll have to pay 90 euro (even if you registered at the website before that date). Bank transfers take around 5 days to be effective, so don't wait until the last moment to make yours!
- 27th of October (extended from the 15th of October!): end of registrations (people who didn't payed at that date wont be allowed to participate). Alumni will always have to pay a 100 euro fee until the deadline, no matter their date of registration.
- Once a week we will check the bank account and update the "Participant list" on this website accordingly. If you pay and your "Payment" status is not updated on that list two weeks after your payment, please contact us.
- Once your "Payment" status is updated, you're in! Congratulations and welcome to the SEEP 2010!.
- If after your registration you need to change the information that you entered in the registration form (like the arrival or departure dates), just login on the website using the "LOGIN" link on the upper right corner and you username & password, and then change the desired data.
